I have the same issue i used ot have these fields available when some one registered, but they dont appear any more and i cant find where to set them up.
Can any one help

I don't know why they have changed the registration.  In my DNN 2.0,  you could select what fields you want.  Now is doesn't do it any more.

Hello,

 

Understand what everyone means regarding the initial information request should be configurable. It does appear that if the site security setting for registration are set to 'Public' then the user at time of registration is asked for minimal details and then allowed to access the site. Upon logging out and then logging back in then any additional 'Required' fields are requested. The setting for configuring the required fields are available via the menu options

<Admin><user accounts>

then when the page appears click the standard little 'module' menu triangle (i.e. the method used to access module settings). On the menu that appears is the option 'manage profile properties'.
