I upgraded my site from DNN 3.1.1 to 3.2.2, and the events calendar is now having problems. Upgrading all the way to DNN 3.3.7 did not help.
When I click "Add Events" in the drop down menu by the calendar, I get the following error when using IE7:

Error: Edit Event is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Calendar.CalendarEdit.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

However, it works fine in Firefox 2.0.2. The "Edit Event" module loads without any trouble. There are sections for "Event Settings", "Image Settings", "Recurring Settings", "Enrollment Settings".

My client's company requires IE7 so I need to get this working for IE7. Is there a quick fix available? Is there a new release planned for the events module?

Thanks for any help.

Turns out I was running AV Calendar 3.0.10 which caused this problem after my DNN 3.2.2 upgrade.
I upgraded to Calendar 3.2.0 (downloaded from www.avanced.net), which fixed the problem.

I got a bunch of IDENTITY INSERT errors running the Calendar 3.2.0 update, so the events didn't migrate. However, I was able to migrate my events manually by re-running the scripts to populate the Calendar, CalendarCategory, and CalendarLocation tables, pulling from my backup database. Not sure why the errors happened the first time around...

The new beta version should fix the issues, including migration from old DNN Events and AVCalendar modules.  It's available as version 3.3.5 on the site.
