Logo of the German-speaking DotNetNuke User Goup At CeBIT 2007, the world’s leading IT trade fair in Hanover, Germany, the founding event of the German DotNetNuke User Group will take place. The application framework DotNetNuke is the largest Open Source project basing on Microsoft ASP.Net technology and acts world wide as basis for hundreds of thousands web sites – starting with private home pages up to sites for international companies and associations. There are as well a large number of users in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, for whom the user group shall act as central contact point and organ of their interests.
During the founding ceremony Sebastian Leupold, DotNetNuke Core Team member and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), will present the latest developments, Benjamin Hermann showcases some of the application options and Philipp Becker demonstrates, how simple DotNetNuke can be adopted and extended.
Besides, the event shall leave room for networking - as open source projects derive their vitality from the support of active communities.
