Yes, I know the DAL+ is pure DAAB.  I have also seen the demos on how to do data access with VS2005 and maybe because of lack of time, or maybe I am just old fashioned, but I still like doing it in code that I can see.

By the way, the DAAB has been around for while but it is up to speed with ADO.Net 2.0.  They just released a CTP of the new Enterprise Library in February which of course includes the DAAB.

I guess that at the end is a matter of personal preference, nothing wrong with that.

Thank you everyone for your replies.  I am using SubSonic for my business DAL.  This has saved us a TON of time on all of our custom modules.
