I seem to be having some problems with the file manager on my site. I have some sub folders under the portal root folder but the only folder that is seen is the portal root folder. However when I click on the "+" for the other folders to drop down nothing does. I have to add a folder for the rest of the folders to show themselves.

Is there something I need to do so all folders show as soon as I open the file manager?

I have also tried to upload a new folder with files in it to the portal root folder by ftp. It seems to work fine but when I go into the file manager on my site the folder isnt there. I have had to first create the new folder within the file manager then uplaod the files into that folder by ftp.

Is this normal?

Thankyou so much for your help!!

I am not sure what that is, so probably not. Is this what I need to do to sort out my problem?

How do I do recursive folder sync?

Many thanks for your help!!

A recursive folder sync makes no difference. I have the same problem. If I add a folder to the root it will list the rest of the subfolders but not any sub sub folders etc. These all disappear again if I upload or delete a file ???

Is there another way to do a recursive folder sync, when the FileManager page errors.

Thanx
