How do I.... Set a limit on the maximum file size for any file upload for any, or specific, users in DNN 4.4.1

thats done in web.config, look for this line of code:

    <httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="8192" requestLengthDiskThreshold="8192" />

the default size for file uploads is 8192 KB. be carefull to set it too large though, as it will take a lot of server memory during uploads. If you want to upload very large files, you might want to use FTP
