Well I think that there is not real problem (I hope). The new provider opens the "Custom editor options" into another page just showing all the customizable settings. After every (or desired) setting is changed, you must press apply, then a confirmation message appears with information about the result.

Next step is to close the custom settings window. Then you can go to the original window where the provider is and press the REFRESH EDITOR

This is the normal behavior. If you are still seeing differences from your first poet, please send me a screen-shot to locopon at tiendaboliviana dot com

Sorry the provider is not opening the Custom Editor options in another page/tab/window. It's opening in the same one as I clicked the link "Show custom Editor Options".
After clicking the 'apply' button All you see is the screen as per http://webs.webpc.net/fckeditor_CustomSettings.png
There are no links to take you back to the view with the main editor in it to hit the 'Refresh Editor'

Bump... just wondering whether there is any news on this issue?

Saw your post in the Benefactors forum about a new version, does this contain a fix for the issue I am seeing?  I am trying to get some time to test the new providor.

Antony, Sorry about a late response.

We cannot reproduce your issue. The link "Show custom options" opens a new window.

Do you have any screen shot we can see to understand what do you have at your own hands?

Do you have your web browser to open links in a new window or open in the same window?
