I have waited to upgrade after a milestone for the CBO I volunteer for - will this migration be possible?

An upgrade from 3.3.7 to 4.5.0 shall be able without issues, please make sure, you delete all vb source files prior to the upgrade and use ASP.Net 2.0 in IIS web site settings (aslo make sure, not to mix ASP.Net 1.1 and 2.0 applications in an app pool)

Thanks leupold! Do you know if there will be a docs file to help with this transistion? The reason I ask is in regard to the vb  suggestion and I would hate to make a mistake in that regard!
