Upgraded from a perfectly working 4.4.1 to 4.5.1, and now I have this strange behavior. I have no idea how to fix this, and would like to have hints to solve this.

This error comes aswell when I try to open the "Security Roles".

Well DNN is now more useless when you can't add/correct etc your security roles. Hope core team will find a solution for us with this problem.

Solution for me was to upgrade to 4.5.3. Now I don't have this ScriptManager error anymore :-)

I'm running version 4.5.3 and I do get the error, I just got the starterkit, copied the website folder to my server uploaded some skins,  looked up some performance settings and it ran perfectly. then I added a second portal and all hell broke loose, it started bad performance and with the sub menus in the default blue skin wich where not displayed correctly. I didn't mind, wanted to upload my own skin anyway, clicked on host, clicked on skins and the error came up. I really hope this can be resolved.
