I've recently encountered this same problem, and like corbin I had deleted the ALL category when I was first setting up the module. Could this be part of the problem? I have used this module successfully on a different site using the same server set-up and DNN version, so I am assuming I did something wrong when setting it up.

I was using 03.01.06 on a 3.2.2 site. I tried deleting the module definition and then uploading the 03.01.08 module, but still with no luck. When I uploaded the definition I received a couple of long sql execution errors that started with:

"SQL Execution resulted in following Exceptions: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Subquery returned more than 1 value. " and so on....

Any help with this would be appreciated.

It's just a guess at this point but it looks like when you uninstalled .06 it didn't uninstall completely. Seeing as you're looking at starting the Repository from fresh try uninstalling it from DNN again (if it's showing up in the module definitions) and then verifying that there are no grm.... tables or sprocs in the database.
