Just visually comparing the 4.5.0 Install and Source packages, it seems that the following are missing from the Install package:

DotNetNuke.Caching.BroadcastPollingCachingProvider.SQLDataProvider.dll
DotNetNuke.Caching.BroadcastPollingCachingProvider.dll
DotNetNuke.XMLLoggingProvider.dll

Wasn't that discussed already earlier in the thread ??

You don't really need the dll's, you only need them if you are going to manually enable them in web.config so if you're doing that you can take them from the source package.
I think you only need the broadcastpollingcachingproviders if you have a web farm. Not sure why you would want the xmllogging provider.

Sorry Geert, I didn't mean to offend anyone.  I was just answering DavidsBrains' question.  Sometimes it is better to phrase an answer in more simplistic terms and look to see what files are physically there rather than poke around in the dotnetnuke.build file.
