Hi,

I have encountered a strange problem with one of my dnn installations after upgrading 4.5

when I click on login link I receive this error and site crashes after...

Unable to cast object of type 'System.Collections.ArrayList' to type 'System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2[System.Int32,DotNetNuke.Security.Permissions.TabPermissionCollection]'.

Any ideas?

When you did your update are you sure that all .dll files were overwritten?  I had a similar issue on a previous upgrade and I had a file that wasn't overwritten.

My first upgrade trial failed. And I extracted upgrade files over again. After the second attempt I was able to upgrade it successfully...

I tried to overwrite the dlls but still I have this error message... not always but it shows up some times...

thank you for your advise...
