Hi jhoels,

This worked for me. So for a fresh install this works.

I see one other person is having an issue but it looks like he upgraded and so I wonder if there is an issue there.

z3r0c00l,    were you editing an existing role?  In 4.4.1 there is a bug when editing a role that you cant see the fees and if you save it they get deleted.    In 4.5 I cannot see the fees at all even on a new role.

This is on a new site fresh 4.5 install. I created a new role and at first did not see the fees etc under advanced settings. I then added the payment processor and bingo the extra fields to associate fees now show under the advanced settings area for the role.

While typing this message I tried on the pre-existing "subscribers" role and I see the extra fields. This is what I see after adding the payment processor.

have you added a payment processor under > admin > site settings > advanced settings > payment settings

To test you can just use fake credentials for now if you don't have everything set up with the payment processor. You would need to select the payment processor and also add the user/pass.

In this section, you can set up more advanced settings for this role.

from the issue in gemini I referenced ...   it is a 4.4.1 issue that must be carried through to 4.5

so it already had the payment setting..     I actually thought PayPal was set by default anyhow..

so this should be a simple fix then if 4.5 works fine...
