After performing many upgrades of DNN installations I have compiled a listing of commonly forgotten configuration elements that should be copied from one installation to the next that are typically forgotten.  Forgetting these options can result in errors and incorrect upgrades so if you are upgrading anytime soon....I recommend having a look!

Nicely done Mitchell. I've been using DNN since DNN 1.0.6 I think (I'd have to look at my source library) and there were a few tips in there that I'd never heard of.

app_offline.htm is actually an asp.net feature, not a DNN one.

Read here for more info about it, especially that it should have minimal 512 bytes of content to work properly.
