Thanks Guys

For all the suggestions of help I feel I am not alone with this massive problem and a special thanks to John Mitchell from Snapsis.com, who has offered extra help.

I would be interested to learn if anybody else has experienced this problem and how they solved it.

I will keep you updated, if this issue is solved. In the meantime, all suggestions appreciated.

Thanks

Lynn

Hi Michael

How do I implement the app_offline.html.  I have just created a file with this name and FTP's to my site root, but nothing has happened. What more do I need to do?

Thanks

You can simply put it in the root of your DNN site, but it must be app_offline.htm (not .html)

Then it should work just fine, it will route ALL requests for your site to that page.
