Hi John, many thanks - I'll do that. One other thing, I don't know if it is or not, but IF the root folder is set up as a web app, would that interfere? FYI, there is no web.config in the root and certainly no app installed there, but ASP.NET is enabled for my site obviously.

No, the root folder being configured for ASP.Net as an application should not be a problem unless it has a web.config that also loads the DNN applicaiton.

John, I'm running one DNN instance, but with three IIS website instances pointing to the same DNN folder. I have it set up this way in order to provide separate SSL encryption certificates for certain portals.
