Hi you all

 

I upgraded my 4.4.1 to 4.5.? and everything looked fine the installers said upgrade complete.

but when i got to my portal a lot of modules did not work anymore like users and all of my i frame and the poll

the message under host said couldt not connect to database for user aspnet

 

has anyone an answer tnxs

please make sure that both connection strings in the web.config were updated.

As cathal mentioned you will want to check the database connection.  From the sounds of your error message I would guess the error was within your <appSettings> connection string.

i am an idiot that was exactly the problem.

wont ever try to update at 3 in the morning again lol
