I just downloaded 4.5 through my hosting carrier, GoDaddy. I formerly had 3.1 running through the same site -- but it's loaded into a different folder -- it still is ... under the /Content extension

I installed 4.5 into a different folder -- with a /Dotnetnuke extension.

I directed my browser to the folder, it opened, and the installation launched ... and presumable installed correctly -- for that's what the wizard reported.

I can sign on under both the host id and admin id. The admin logon lets me edit modules. The host does not.

No bold HOME appears in the header bar -- nor does any HOST or ADMIN title. The header is blank.

I can't find pages or navigate to them ... or anything.

Wassup with that? Any ideas?

Thanks!

Happened to me once.  Uninstall your app, and delete the folder it created using your hosting managers FTP client.  Next reinstall the App (writing down the user names you created during install. ) Im imagining you are trying to login using the default - admin / host accounts.  They will not work, because you created your admin & host during the install.
