Hi

In regard the the helpdesk you are developing how is that coming on? I have need of one thats either not complex or configurable, we want to see incomming tickets created by emails then assigned to staff internally escatlated and closed off.

Many thanks

You won't see the HelpDesk out for another 3-4 months.

I had a similar need a month or so ago. I wanted the help desk issues to be private to each user.

I found that the Private Messages module from www.ventrian.com makes an excellent help desk. One cool feature is that it sends an email to the user to tell them an answer has been posted thereby pulling the user back to your website. I think you can also just have the email provide the answer.  The other cool thing is that for $25 you get all their module's including this one. Their New Article module is one of the best announcement modules out there.

Hope this helps

Greg

Hello, if you still have the need, we have just released a module that is focused on helpdesk / support tickets managing.
There is a free DEMO downloadable from www.oldturtle.net

Thank you.
