Hey Thanks. the DotNetNuke® 4 Module Development Guide (Download .PDF) is kinda suppose to fill that void until the next Core book comes out. The Core book was written as the ASP.NET 1.1 to ASP.NET 2.0 switch was taking place. It was unfortunate for the guys working on the book at the time. As far as your ObjectDataSource issue. I don't use WAP so I'm not much help :(
