I have followed the instructions in the DNN manual for adding files, but am unable to upload images.  I have noticed that when in the pending images, there is a red X for delete next to the image to be uploaded.  When I click "upload," DNN cranks away but when it is done, there is no image in the album.  Evidently it is deleting the pending image rather than uploading it.  I can't get rid of hte red X.

When I try to add a second image to the pending list, the first image is deleted when the new image is added to it.

Please help me solve this problem or tell how to do an effective search in Forums to find the answer.

We are using DNN 4.3.4.

Thanks,

Are you running the 4.1.0 version of the gallery?  If not, you should be.

Can you check the error log (under host, system event log) to see if any errors were generated.

I don't get an error message when upload stops.  I will ask the host to look for error messages per your suggestion.

How do we download the latest version of Gallery?
