I'm using GoDaddy as my host.

I need to configure the time zone of the portal and the time zone of every user, so when user watch the time,

it will see it as Israel time.

The problem now is that without login I see one tine, and after loggin I see diffrent time.

How can I make the User's TimeZone diffrent from Portal Time Zone?

I was trying to make default value in Manage Profile, under the Time Zone Field, but it doest seem to work.

All new users get the Portal Time Zone.....

Isn't any way of changing it?

OK. This is the problem.

As I was written before I use Goddady Host. Goddady are on GMT + 8 (I think).

I am in Israel (GMT + 2).

I need all the users see the time on GMT + 2. The problem is that Even when I set Portal time zone to GMT + 2, Still I see The Time Zone of the Portal on UnRegistered Users (GMT + 8)
