I will look into the opera issue.

I am still a little confused as to what you are trying to accomplish.  It seems you took my original sample and decided to add some css to it that does not work.  What is your goal with this css?   To simply absolute position the menu?  CSS is not always easy to apply, especially when trying to get things to work cross browser.  For example, I noticed you have not defined a DOCTYPE in your page.  This can cause lots of issues for the css rules change based off of this.

Thanks Jon for quick reply.

All I want is just to take the DNNMenu control and replace native ASP.NET 2.0 menu control at the main page of the web site with DNNMenu.
The link to the page I sent you is an example of the styles where current menu is placed, but with DNN menu.
As you can see the styles use position:absolute and I don't know how to update the style so the menu remains at their place and DNNMenu will work fine.

Do you know how to fix the style of the web site without affecting overall design based on divs and css styles.
I mean if DNNMenu does not work properly with position:absolute, how I can put DNNMenu in particular place at the page?

Jon, I've noticed another issues.

If I use menu.MenuNodes.Add(node) method then populate on demand does not work in my case, but if I use index = menu.MenuNodes.Add() menu.MenuNodes[index].Text = ... etc then it works fine again, any ideas why this could happen?

Also when using padding style for menu item of DNN menu control then RootArrowImage appears in wrong place, how I can control the position of the arrow image?

But anyway, I've finished migration of the code from native asp.net control to DNN menu control with cool populate on demand feature and this allowed to reduce the main page initial size in 7 times from 200kb to 30kb!!!
This is really great!

The only thing I need is just fix somehow CSS styles so menu looks the same way as it was before.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Jon, sorry to bother you about this.

Is it possible to set width of DefaultChildNodeCssClass.
It looks like it takes the width of default node style and no way to set nowrap for child menu items?

Jon, at last I've managed to update web site CSS styles so now DNN Menu sub menu items works fine, though I have one last issue.
I can't make child items text nowrap property applied.
Please help.
Thanks.

Best regards,
Alex
