 I have just had a dnn website(www.thedreaminenglish.com/dnn) thru hosting. I tested verified user registration, but it's not working.

I selected 'verified' at User Registration in Site Settings, and I registered as a guest for test. I could not receive the welcome email. The verification code should be emailed thru the welcome email, but I haven't receive anything.

What is the problem, and what should I do to solve this?

Are you using the native DotNetNuke registration form?

Actually I don't have much knowledge about DNN.

I heard that I can create web pages with DNN, so I purchased DNN hosting plan through Alentus. Alentus set up my DNN site for me. Now I am creating my pages while learning DNN thru DNN online help.

So. I am sorry I don't know what the native DNN registration form. Did you mean there is another registration module?

We have a custom registration form module you can add (visit www.UCanUse.com) but yes you are using the one that comes with DNN.  This is the wrong place for your post; this forum is to announce new products compatible with DNN and other new things.  Please post under the general forum. otherwise we lose organization of the forums very quickly. 

It sounds like your host didn't set up your email settings correctly; contact your host and explain your problem and they will be able to straighten it out for you.
