OK,

I was following another thread, and it did not seem to be answered, although myself and another had this problem...

With the Forum module set so non-authenticated / non-admins can add/edit posts, the view/edit bar at the top of the page shows up for non-page editors.  See example here.

Obviously there is a way to hide this since I do not see the view/edit bar on the DNN site...  I just need to know how it is done, and still enable non-page editors to edit the forum.  This may not be a forum issue, but it is caused by permissions required for the forum to work right (or so I understand).

I am running DNN 4.5.3 (upgrade).

Please let me know if this question makes sense...

Option under control security panel is not visible in DNN 4.5.1

I wish if i could upgrade...i've been having major problems with version 4.5.3 but that would be another topic.

Already have a thread created for that one.
