Can anyone explain how the rsvp link  is intended to work as during my initial testing nothing is happening.

I thought it would direct the user to log on or if necessary register so they could be added to the security group corresponding with the rsvp code.

I am having the same issue with 4.4.1

I have two subscription roles setup, the first is a "team" role at one price and listed as a public role, the second is a "team member" role at a different price and is not listed as a public role.  The RSVP code was assigned under the "team member" role.  A test account was created, entered the RSVP code both case and non-case sensitve, clicked subscibe... page refreshed but did not go to the paypal screen or display the new role on the list.

Anyone for the project know what the bug is?

Have you tried logging out and logging back in after you enter the RSVP.

My problem is that in 4.5 there is a new rsvp url as well as the rsvp code but when you use the url the user isn't added to the correct group. The user is just shown the home page not the registration field

Yes, I also tried to log out and then log back in.  It is not shown in the Manage Services field a subscription.

Update.... When the RSVP was entered, it does not give any type of confirmation to the user... however if I log in as Admin and go to Manage Roles under that user... it does show the subscription.  The problem still exists that this subscription while not a public role, does require a subscription fee using the paypal gateway.... at no time does it prompt the user to make a payment or ask for paypal info???

I also tried deleting all the other subscriptions to start from scratch..same effect, it will subscribe the user to that role, but will not prompt for payment information.

Any ideas?
