In DotNetNuke directory the web.config has:

I want putting a web.config in DesktopModules/Module directory or whereever that has:

When the module gets loaded i want to access the SimulationUser variable and that it has YMEDLOP as a value.

I think my question is clear.

the answer is also clear: that is not possible. DNN Modules are user controls, and user controls can not have their own web.config.

Why not put module specific settings just in me.settings ?
