I have a website that is largely open to everyone but has a small section that needs to be transmitted over SSL ONLY. This page or tab contains exactly one module and that module needs to be viewed over an SSL page. I have no problem just typing https://www.mywebsite.com/... and making it work. What I need to do is have the site automatically redirect to https when accessing this page. Is there a way to do this?

With thanks to John Mitchel www.snapsis.com. I use this script at www.smallbizserver.net for several secure pages.

    if(location.protocol.toLowerCase() =='http:' &&
       ( location.href.toLowerCase().indexOf('tabid=320') > -1 ||
          location.href.toLowerCase().indexOf('tabid=305') > -1  ))
             location.href = location.href.replace('http:','https:');

    if(location.protocol.toLowerCase() =='https:' &&
         location.href.toLowerCase().indexOf('tabid=320') == -1 &&
         location.href.toLowerCase().indexOf('tabid=305') == -1)
             location.href = location.href.replace('https:','http:');

Save the above to a file called ssl.js and save it in the js folder on your webserver. Insert that java script in your skin as:

script src="/js/ssl.js" type="text/javascript">script>
