We disable that option in the last release because it was confusing people. The problem was that people were trying to upload by using that feature (Named Quick Upload) and the quick upload only supports to upload to the root folder. Sometimes the root folder has no permissions for current user and that was the problem.

Yeah? I set the default upload directory in "Show Custom Editor Options" and all uploads go to it.

In fact, my users post a lot of pictures in forums, and I create a new folder every month so it's not too slow to build the list: e.g. images/2007/05, images/2007/06 and so on. Then I re-set the default upload directory to the new folder and all uploads go there.

Is this functionality now removed?

Does anyone know if this can be added back to DNN version 4.7

OK, I changed it

Original:

FCKConfig.ImageUpload = false ;
FCKConfig.ImageUploadURL = FCKConfig.BasePath + 'filemanager/upload/asp/upload.asp?Type=Image' ;
FCKConfig.ImageUploadAllowedExtensions = ".(jpg|gif|jpeg|png)$" ;  // empty for all
FCKConfig.ImageUploadDeniedExtensions = "" ;       // empty for no one

New:

FCKConfig.ImageUpload = true ;
FCKConfig.ImageUploadURL = FCKConfig.BasePath + 'filemanager/upload/asp/upload.asp?Type=Image' ;
FCKConfig.ImageUploadAllowedExtensions = ".(jpg|gif|jpeg|png)$" ;  // empty for all
FCKConfig.ImageUploadDeniedExtensions = "" ;       // empty for no one

I then deleted browser history and cookies, cleared DNN cache and restrarted application and I still do not get the tab to come up.  Is there something I am doing wrong?

DNN version 4.07
