I am having this crazy issue with the arrows also.  Only seems to be a problem with the 'User Account' fields.  Happening everywhere on the site where this module is used. I can't get my screenshot to load, but the arrows are under each form box instead of to the side.

I gave up after putting the module alone on a page, in an effort to give it plenty of room and not constrain the arrows and field sizes, and they still wrap when centered.

It seems those user fields are the only fields that include:

<div style="float: right; width: 150px">

The others don't have this DIV.
