How can I create a really nice looking DNN site..?

How do you create a unique skin?

is it simple by just editing some style sheets? if so, which ones and where are they?

please take a read of the "DotNetNuke Skinning.pdf" doc in the documentation download, it'll explain the skinning setup. A good way to learn is to download one of the free skins, and examine how they're put together. Theres some good ones @ http://tf.johndcooper.com/ that are well put together.

There are also a lot of commercial skins available @ http://www.snowcovered.com/snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=142
