Hello all!

I'm completely new to DNN and .NET in general. I'm updating a bunch of modules to DNN 4.5.3. and I have now run into trouble. The module I'm converting checks the user's IP and automatically logs the user in if he/she is inside the local network . The old version of the module used the Username and Password fields in the Users table for login. In DNN 4.5.3 the Users tabel don't have a password field anymore. Is there any way to obtain the password?

I've also tried to use the GetCurrentUserInfo to be able to login using the UserInfo class but as the user is not logged in I can't get it working. Is there any simple solution to my problem or do I have to use a totally different approach?

I hope I was clear enough and provided enough information regarding the module and my problem.

DNN uses since version 3.0 the Microsoft Membership Component, that stores the password encrypted in the aspnet_user table. to obtain the password, use the userinfo class.
