I have found solution to keep alive at: http://www.snowcovered.com/snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=295&search=keep+alive&pagenumber=0. There are some vendors of keep alive services running on a PC or W2K3 machine. Even with notification for site down events :-).

Thank you John, could you please answer next open question?:

9. The same data from the upload should allow the cache to be dropped. Can I do that with the pageblaster. Say: drop cache for string urls' with product=X?

10. Can I contract you to install your module on my server? That will save me time :-) and I am sure it will work :-).

pageBlaster Cache is invalidated on any POST to the server or manually by CTRL+Refresh.  I don't have a way to invalidate it by querystring variable, but that is an interesting idea.

Yes, I can install it for you if you want.
