My new user email registration email was not sending all of the info so I modified the template. (Can't quite remember where now...).  All was working fine but since then I've created another parent portal and upgraded to 4.5.5.

Here are the fields that are not being populated correctly.  In the past they were just blank, now they are this:

Street: [User:Street]

City: [User:City]

Country: [User:Country]

Postal Code: [User:PostalCode]

Telephone: [User:Telephone]

Help?

Thanks,

Michael

Where are the template forms kept so I can make this modification for my sites? I too am experiencing the issue where my new registered user messages are blank.

To change the email properties for all portals within your site, log in as the SuperUser on your site and go here:

Click from the Host menu:

- then "Languages"

- then "click on the drop down box next Languages" and select "Language Editor"

- a list of boxes occur with text inside them --- scroll down the email box you require to edit
