The sticky post claims:

"If you are looking for other skins - try downloading the 3.013 build in the archives and unzipping, go to the Install/Skins folder and you'll see a handful of extra free skins that were embedded but removed due to file sizes - it doubled the size of the release."

I have downloaded every archived installation offered and none of them contain the Install/Skins folder with anything at all.  Can someone fill me in as to why they no longer exist or what this post is refering too that I don't understand?

in previous versions, the skins has already been installed in /portals/_default/skins and /_portals/default/_containers. simply copy the desired subfolders to your installation.
