The DNN3.x and the Module Upgrade Wizard is no longer available to download.

Do you or anyone else know where I can download them from or is there another way to modify the modules in VS2005 or VS2008.

the currently release version (04.00.01) is a .net 2.0 / vs2008 / WAP module, so you can use just that
