I follow the instruction and manage to install the source package of dnn 4.5.5 on the default directory wwwroot/dotnetnuke_2 as suggested. It all works well for the test.
I then try to re-install another one on wwwroot/realSite for actual use.

The problem is that the second source package still builds the dnn site on wwwroot/dotnetnuke_2 but not wwwroot/realSite. I have gone through the web.config file and found no where to configure to the right directory before I build.

Is there anyone who have the idea? Please help!

before accessing with VS, you need to open solution file with an text editor and modify the path.

Thank you leupold ! However, I do not know which file I should open to modify. I search the web.config and others. And I still find no idea where to modify.

dotnetnuke.sln, it is the only file in the root folder of the installation from source package.
