I think I could have said that better.  What is the default password for the admin and host login credentials?  I setup my email account and the SMTP relay to get my password emailed but it isn't working.  I know it is possible because I have a script on one of my sites that automatically emails when you fill out a form.
So my question is, Is there a stanard password when logging in as the admin for the first time. Secondly, how do I setup the  email functionality to get the password emailed to admin@yourdomain.com

The initial login password for host is host and admin for admin.  As for getting email to work, in the host account go to Host Settings, then scroll down until you find "Advanced Settings".  Open this section up and find the "SMTP Settings".  Your SMTP Server should be set to "relay-hosting.secureserver.net" for Go Daddy accounts.
