So you placed this portal.template.xsd file in the admin/portal folder (overwriting the old one)  and you still get this error?

Make sure you have my latest.  I don't know how you can get that error if you are using the latest schema.

Oh, looks like I used the old file - Modified date 4/21 and your new file is 7/21. Thanks a lot John. I will let you know how it goes.
