Note that this second technique will cause all files within a given application to be compiled in debug mode. The first technique will cause only that particular file to be compiled in debug mode.

Important: Running applications in debug mode does incur a memory/performance overhead. You should make sure that an application has debugging disabled before deploying into production scenario.

That's a different problem in your Forums module. If you are trying to export forum content and re-import in a template then it may not work.

I did that debug thing and here is what I see. I used two templates with content and without content and I get the same message ( as below). One more thing, I created these templates before I downloaded your file in /admin/portal folder.

I found the following here -http://forums.asp.net/p/834674/834674.aspx, and I don't know how to do this. Can anyone please help me? Thanks for your time.

When changing skins and containers in Site Settings immediately after creating a new child portal, the following error sometimes occurs (about 50% of the time). The reason for this error is that the new skin and container settings have not been set in the Skins table (there are no skins or container entries for the portal, so I don't know if they have been deleted but not re-populated). Adding the entries manually into the database resolves the issue.
