Hi all,

1. Download the Starter Kit.

2. Go to the DotNetNuke.zip folder after you have clicked on the "DotNetNuke.vscontent".
(usually, this is residing in your "C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Web Developer\VisualBasic" folder)

3. Open the *.zip file, and look for "DotNetNuke.vstemplate".

4. Edit this file.

5. Look for "Blog_03.03.00" in the file. (It's at line 931.)

6. Change "Blog_03.03.00" to "Blog_03.03.01".

          <ProjectItem ReplaceParameters="false" TargetFileName="Blog_03.03.01_Install.resources">Blog_03.03.01_Install.resources</ProjectItem>

Hope this solves the problem.
