Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.04.01

EXECUTE permission denied on object 'GetDatabaseVersion', database 'db1042918_pattaya', owner 'dbo'

i today tried installing dot net nuke, contacted the web hosting company and they can grant database permission to read and write, but not give dbo owner, i take it this is the fault that i am seeing here.

i believe my web host provider has to be changed, i am with doster at the moment and for about 8 dollars a month i can host up to 50 web sites with 10 data bases, any ideas of a like for like web hoster with more than one web site for less than 10 dollars,

i understand that dot net nuke is open source, i have tried to run this on my computer on web hosting, purchased two books dot net nuke for dummies, and dotnetnuke 4, i understand it is a great program , but would love to see it working for les than 10 dollars a month and with more than one web site space
