How do I find that out and how/where do I change it? Thanks.

I'll assume from the file path that this site is on a hosted server. If this is true, then access your control panel and check the permissions on the directory that your DNN files reside. If the server is Win2K, than the ASP.NET account (Network Service on Win2k3), should have read, write, change on that folder and all subfolders and files.
