I just figured out the problem, I was trying to make another list showing the Fulfilled = 'false' values, but it was another module. I'm looking into having two separate lists for true and false results. Thanks for the 'look at XML' tip. Any idea how to quickly have two lists?

There are no relations between separate FnL lists.

I fixed the problem with filters and worked around the problem with not easily having 2 lists with different filters on a page. Now the problem is setting up the module so that a user with limited permission can post items with the form. Currently the only way to post is to give module edit priveledges to the role and that will not do. I think this is a possible bug since giving a user role permission only to post a form seems to be an option, but in reality that option does not work.

Module edit permissions are not required. There are 3 permissions dealing with add/new and update actions. Maybe you are using a container that doesn't add action items?
