I hope I can set this up so everyone understands. -

OK - I have a page called 'Documents'.  On this page is the Reposiory module setup with the 'default' repository skin so as to show detail of the actual download.

Now, on my home page, I have added the Repository Dashboard, called it 'Top Downloads' and set 'Select Repository', Documents (above) - 'Dashboard Mode', Top Downloads - 'Indicate the number of items to be displayed', 3.

Problem - When clicking a file from the Dashboard on the home page, users are talken to the Repository page with the correct file displayed BUT when clicking the download link, the wrong file is given as the actual download.

This only happens when adding the Dashboard Module on a seperate page from the actual Reposity page.

Thanks for any help.

Steve L.

Hello slaurel,

Just checked out the release notes...   great job.  I don't have a test environment but my prod. site has only very light traffic.  I would have happy to test.  My question.  If I install this module, does it just overwrite the existing module and keep my file structure (downlaodable files) in place?

Thanks

Steve L.

yes, just install the dev build using the host->module definitions screen. It will upgrade the module but leave all your existing data in place.

Great - looks like my problem is solved.

Notes:

Install perfect.  No errors.

After install I still show version 3.1.13 - I had a screenshot but can't get it to load.

Thanks everyone...
