this is solved in current version 4.5.5, so just upgrade.

Yeah, or you could use my simple fix which takes about two minutes.

Hi,

Thanks for the tip...I've looked at my tables and I can't find this setting you are referring to.  Although, I'm using DNN 441 install version.  That could be the reason.  I tried adding the validation string to the user.ascx but it still didn't work for me.

Hi,

I would but I have some 3rd party modules that would break and I haven't fully tested all of my modules that i'm using.  If they all pass or I can figure out an alternative then I'll upgrade.  But now that 4.60 is out, I will be testing that too.
