Hi,

I get this error after adding a User or changing a User's Role. In fact I am getting many errors when dealing with Users anywhere. I suspect the database may be corrupted but I am hoping it is more benign. After clicking refresh while on the error page, I find that the user has been added or the role has been changed so this may just be a bother but I would like to get to the root cause and fix it. Any clues to which part of the program I should be looking at are welcome.

Thanks for any help on this one.
