Guys, I have a question here. How can I enable partial page rendering on a particular page programmatically? Usually, the host is the one who checks this and update this on the settings of a particular module. I want it to program it on my code to enable it always. Thanks!

There is nothing stopping you from having your module add its own updatepanel and always using it.

What the core framework offers is an optional way to enable Partial rendering support due to the web.extensions needing to be installed in the GAC in order to work in partial trust.  If your not worried about this, simply code the updatepanel logic in your module.
