Hi I am having a bit of different problem with the Install Template while running the Site Wizard.  When I run it on 4.5.1 and higher I get the following error

However, when I do the same install on 4.5.0 it works ok!  Could you help me with that?

Unfortunately, I can't help with this.  I am having the same problem except in a different spot.  My install of DNN 4.6.2 runs fine, but when I add a new folder to the root of my site, then try to give a user access, I get the same message:  "Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_FolderPermission'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.FolderPermission'. The statement has been terminated."

Can anyone help?

Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_FolderPermission'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'FolderPermission'. The statement has been terminated.

I added a folder then added permisions for a user

Ok the issue is with the security around the root folder when using sql database file system. Before you can give a user access to a submenu they have to have access to the above folder tree. So if your adding a file to portal root/<foldername> Then the person your adding has to have access to the portal root folder before you can give them access to the below subfolders.
