I've set up DotNetNuke with MSSQL Server on Windows 2000 Pro SP4. When I go to load the portal on the serving computer, it works fine. But when I try to load it on any other computer, it doesn't work. The address I tried is http://cdn-test/dotnetnuke but the browser keeps changing it to http://localhost/dotnetnuke. Any suggestions? (the hostname is cdn-test)

Thanks

You must add a portal alias for the cdn-test/dotnetnuke URL.

You can do this when logged in to the site via localhost using the Host account.  Portal aliases are edited under the "Admin" -> "Site Settings" section.

Your new entry would be

cdn-test/dotnetnuke
